What is the minimum order?

One kilogram per material, or one litre for bases and solvents. Below that the retail ladder on the product page is cheaper for you than a bulk line would be.

Do the tier prices include GST?

No. Every figure on this page is ex-GST. Tax is added in the basket and the invoice carries your GSTIN, so the input credit is claimable.

Can I mix materials to reach a break?

No. Breaks are per material, because the price comes from the drum we open. Twenty-five kilograms across five materials is priced as five one-kilogram lines.

What ships with the order?

The paperwork we hold for the exact lot you are sent — ask for it with the material and quantity and a person answers with it attached. Lot number is printed on the label and logged against your account.

Is anything restricted?

Ethanol and the two premix bases are dangerous goods. They move by surface freight only and need an approved trade account with a DG handling licence. Their UN classification is being confirmed, so they are not orderable yet.
